Board of Directors
HBMHR has an eleven member Board of Directors that meets quarterly. Board members are selected from the Hard Bargain neighborhood and from the community at large. Care is taken to insure that at least one third of the Board is low income or a representative from the neighborhood to maintain Community Housing Development Organization status with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

An Advisory Board is composed of neighborhood representatives, business and community leaders, volunteers, and others interested in the mission of HBMHR. The Advisory Board meets monthly to review the current construction activity/needs and recommend general action to the Board on construction contracts, fund raising, and other activities.
